SINGULAR:  Myself - Yourself - Himself - Herself - Itself

PURAL: Ourselves - Yourselves - Themselves

1. Use reflexive pronouns to talk about actions where the subject and object are the  same person

• I cut myself while I was cooking 

2. Reflexive pronouns can also be used for emphasis when we mean " that person or thing, and nobody or nothing else"

• They built that house themselves
